Shop policies

Welcome to The Roaming Bakery! We’re a tiny, home-based bakery on the North Shore of Oʻahu, and we truly appreciate your support. To help everything run smoothly, please review our shop policies before placing your order.

Ordering & Pre-Orders

  • All items are baked fresh to order.

  • Pre-orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your pickup day.

  • Orders submitted after the cutoff will be prepared for the next available pickup day.

  • Pickup days are currently Saturdays in Waialua (exact location shared after your order is confirmed).

  • We cannot ship our products at this time.

Pickup Policies

  • All pre-orders must be picked up during the selected pickup window.

  • If you’re running late, please text us as soon as possible — we’ll hold your order until the end of the pickup window whenever we can.

  • Missed pickups are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to coordinate same-day pickup if possible.

  • To ensure the right person picks up your order, please provide the full name used at checkout (or show your confirmation email).

Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, ingredients may already be prepped and we’re unable to cancel or refund the order.

  • We cannot accommodate ingredient substitutions or custom recipes at this time.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order, or

  • There is a confirmed error on our end.

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Missed pickups

  • Late arrivals

  • Incorrect pickup day selected

  • Change of mind

  • Ingredient preferences or substitutions

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time

Privacy

We value your trust. We only use your contact information to process your order, send confirmations, and communicate pickup details. We never sell or share your information.
