We’re so happy you’re here! Below are answers to our most common questions about pre-orders, pickups, and how our little bakery on wheels works. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to message us. We’re always happy to help.

  • All orders are placed through our Pre-Order page. Choose your items, select your pickup date, and check out online. Easy!

  • We ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can prep and bake everything fresh. Some items may sell out earlier.

  • Not at the moment. Everything is baked fresh or stocked in small batches, so pre-orders help us prepare thoughtfully.

Ordering & Pre-Orders

  • Pickup is in Waialua, HI.
    The exact spot is shared after your order is confirmed.

  • Pickup window is 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturdays.

  • Just send us a quick message! We’ll try our best to accommodate.

  • Because our items are perishable and baked fresh, we’re unable to refund missed pickups. Please message us and we’ll do what we can.

Pickup Details

  • Most items (like cookies, cinnamon rolls, sourdough) are baked fresh for your pickup day.
    Granola is made in small batches weekly and stocked in limited quantities.

  • Nope! Everything is made with simple, quality ingredients — no preservatives.

  • We use organic flour, high-quality fats (no seed oils), and premium ingredients whenever possible.

  • Our kitchen regularly uses wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, coconut, and soy.
    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Products & Ingredients

  • Not at this time, but you can order large quantities through our regular menu.

  • Yes! We offer bulk orders for events, parties, gifts, and gatherings.
    These are direct-to-consumer only and not for resale.
    Send us a message and we’ll help you out!

  • Not at this time. Cottage food laws only allow us to sell directly to customers.

Special Orders

  • Keep in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
    Warm in a 300°F oven for 3–5 minutes for a fresh-from-the-oven feel.

  • Keep in an airtight container for 1–2 days, or refrigerate up to 4–5 days.
    Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or a 300°F oven for 5 minutes.

  • Store in a paper bag at room temperature for 1–2 days.
    To refresh, warm in a 350°F oven for 5–10 minutes. Freeze for longer storage.

  • Keep in an airtight container for 2–3 weeks, or refrigerate for extended freshness.

Storage & Reheating

  • Payments are made directly on our website during checkout.

  • All sales are final once an order is placed.
    If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll always try to make things right.

Payment & Policies

  • Yes! We operate under Hawaiʻi’s Cottage Food Law.
    This food is made in a home kitchen and is not routinely inspected by the Department of Health.
